ANDALUSIA, Ala (WDHN) — Saturday, July 17th, at the Covington Arena and Andalusia Kiwanis Building, there will be a benefit for Tommy Hardin.
Hardin is a Wiregrass native who was in an accident, all proceeds from the event will go to help cover the costs of physical therapy.
The benefit includes a car show, a four set concert, and there will be food vendors and inflatables for children.
Cars will begin lining up around 7:30 AM and the show will last til noon.
The concert begins at 2:30 p.m. beginning with Hannah Everhart, Lil John & The Southwind Band, Today’s Yesterday Band, and headling is Shane Owens.
Owens visited WDHN to speak on Daytime, he says through tough times, music has the power to bring people together.
“I have always believed in the power of music. Music is a powerful healer.”
