HOUSTON COUNTY, Ala. (WDHN) — Jed Kennedy takes over this season as head coach for the Dothan Wolves after holding the power of the whistle for 14 years. Including the last three in Enterprise.
And after coming off a 4-6 season last year the Wolves know 7a region 2 is nothing but a battle.
“It’s kind of the SEC west for high school football but we are up for the challenge,” stated Coach Kennedy.
With nine teams in the region, six went to the playoffs last year.
But the wolves feel good with their leader.
“He is very straightforward, he really knows his stuff, I believe in him. stated senior quarterback Carter Davis
The Dothan 2023 class is the last to say they attended Northview high school.
26 seniors will step under the Friday night lights this season, holding that honor. Making it easy to say that these Wolves are a well led hungry pack.
