HEADLAND, Ala. (WDHN) — Reigh Jordan made his dreams a reality putting pen to paper.

The Ram signed to play baseball with San Jacinto Community College in Texas.

The Gators have one of the premiere junior college baseball programs in the country with multiple national championships under their belt.

Jordan says he will likely be a right handed pitcher for the Gators, which he believes is his greatest strength on the diamond.

While Jordan is going far from home he says he feels like he’s ready to make that jump especially with a program like San Jac.

“It’s a perennial juco,” Jordan said. “They’re top notch. I’ve heard good things about them. They’ve done very well in the past. The environment, the coaches, the reputation the school has, it’s awesome.”

Jordan also hopes to bring leadership to the Gator team.
