HEADLAND. Ala. (WDHN) — A Headland High School senior will continue his soccer career at Huntingdon College.

John McKee, a center-back for the Rams, will take his talents to Montgomery.

One of his goals is to gain playing time as a freshman.

Mckee has also played with his travel ball team the Dothan Shockers, the Olympic Development Player team, and the All-American Dream Team, just to name a few.

Mckee looks to be a crucial member of the Hawk’s program in the fall and is excited to join a special group of people.

“It means a lot to me because only 7% of high school athletes get to play at the next level, so I want to thank everybody for pushing me to use my ability to play at the next level,” Huntingdon signee, John McKee said.

McKee will join a couple of his buddies with whom he played on his travel team at Huntingdon College as well.
