HEADLAND, Ala. (WDHN) — Headland’s Acea Haselden signed with Faulkner University.
Haselden will play defensive tackle for the Eagles.
He says no matter where they want him he’s going to try his hardest on and off the field.
Several coaching changes defined his time at Headland, but Haselden believes learning different roles from different people helped him be coachable.
Signing along side some of his teammates today is a dream come true.
“I’ve always prayed for it and it came through,” Haselden said. “It was amazing growing up with them and everything. Just being able to play little league with them and now playing high school and now we’re all three going to go to college to play at the next level. It means a lot.”
Haselden will be joined at Faulkner by teammate Andre Galloway.
