WICKSBURG, Ala. (WDHN) — Wicksburg’s William Wright signed to play football at Columbus State.
His senior year the defensive Panther player recorded 59 total tackles, 19 of those solo and six tackles for loss, that is tied for the highest on the team.
Wright says he’s preparing to be the best defensive lineman in the SAC.
“I’ll say get stronger, faster and smarter because you never know some people may be smarter than me in the field,” Wright said.
Wright says he wants to thank God, his teammates, parents and coaches for pushing him to this next level.
