DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Meteorologist Andrew Clarke has your daily walk the dog forecast sponsored by Wet Pets of Dothan!

All of the cloud cover we had in place across much of the Tri-State earlier this morning has cleared out, so expect mainly sunny skies to prevail for the remainder of the day! We’ll warm up to the low 70s for highs during the afternoon hours. Winds will be on the breezy side as cooler and drier air continues to rush in on the backside of our cold front from this morning, with sustained speeds increasing into the 10-15 mph range. Some gusts up to 25 mph will be possible as well.

With all this being said, it will be a fantastic day across the board to take your doggo out on a walk, so get out there and take in this well-deserved return to sunny and quiet weather! Have a great Thursday!
