DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN)– We are going to be cool and cloudy across the Wiregrass for the next few days and it looks like those rain chances are on the rise. It does not seem like there is going to be any substantial rain that would help with those ‘Extreme’ drought conditions, but it will be welcomed as we have gone almost a full month without any measurable rain across the Wiregrass.
Expect temperatures to be in the 70s today and the 60s as we get to our Sunday as cooler air associated with the cold front continues to sag down south.
Rain chances are expected to hover between 30-40% between Friday and Sunday night, and rainfall accumulations should be less than half an inch.
As always thanks for reading, stay safe this weekend, and for more information watch us on WDHN.
