DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Cloud cover was on the increase throughout the day today, and showers will move in later tonight. Temperatures will be above average tonight with most folks only dropping to the middle 40s.
Tuesday will start off warm with showers. We will likely only make it to the upper 40s and low 50s during the afternoon as dense cloud cover and light rain hangs around the area.
Wednesday brings back the dry conditions, but also the cool morning starts. Lows will be in the upper 30s, and highs will be in the middle 50s.
Thursday should be mostly cloudy with near-freezing morning temps and afternoon highs in the upper 50s.
Friday’s weather is still up for debate, but rain will be present in the Southeast U.S. We’ll put in a 30% chance for rain right now, but this will likely change. What we do expect is a crash in temperatures Friday night as lows return to the low 30s with some dipping into the upper 20s.
Saturday will start off cold and only move into the upper 40s. Sunshine will be abundant.
Sunday will also be a beautiful day, but make sure to grab the winter coat if you plan on heading out the door early. Lows will be in the middle and upper 20s, but highs will return to the middle 50s.
Monday starts off in the middle 30s. Mostly sunny skies will prevail, and highs might actually return to the 60s!
