DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Today will begin rain-free, but that will change later on with the development of scattered showers and storms during the PM hours. A good majority of our area (40%) should receive some sort of rain or storm. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

Thursday should be a bit drier, but there will still be a 30% chance for afternoon showers and storms. We’ll start the day in the upper 60s and make it into the middle 80s.

Friday will be slightly less rainy with a 20% chance for a few light showers. Highs will be in the mid 80s once again and lows will be in the upper 60s.

Saturday and Sunday will also have low-end shower chances as highs climb into the upper 80s and lows fall a bit to the middle and upper 60s.

Rain chances will creep back up to 30% on Monday. Highs will drop a bit to the mid 80s; lows will remain steady in the mid to upper 60s.

Tuesday will not be much different from Monday outside of rain chances decreasing to 20%. Highs will stay in the mid 80s and lows will stay in the mid to upper 60s.
