DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — We could have an isolated shower with increasing cloud cover this evening as a cold front approaches our area. Tonight will be a little warmer than average with most folks dropping to around 70 degrees.

We’ll be behind the front Friday afternoon, so high temperatures should be down in the middle and upper 80s with mostly sunny skies.

Saturday should be fairly seasonable with morning lows in the low to middle 60s and afternoon highs in the upper 80s to the low 90s under mainly sunny skies.

Sunday keeps us in the middle 60s in the morning and takes us into the low 90s in the afternoon with partly sunny skies. We’ll introduce a 30% chance for evening showers.

Monday’s morning lows will start in the upper 60s while afternoon highs will still peak in the upper 80s to low 90s under partly sunny skies.

Tuesday will be very nice with morning lows in the low 60s and afternoon highs in the middle to upper 80s under mostly sunny skies.

Wednesday is another nice day with mostly to partly sunny conditions, a cool morning start, and a seasonable afternoon in the middle 80s.

Thursday and Friday could both be impacted by any tropical weather in the Gulf of Mexico, so we’ll be watching that situation closely. For now, we’ll keep high temperatures in the middle 80s on Thursday with a 20% chance for rain.
