DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be much calmer with winds dying down and skies clearing out. Temperatures will drop into the middle 50s.
Saturday and Sunday will both be beautiful with highs in the middle 70s and sunshine all day long. Sunday morning starts off around 50 degrees, but some folks might take a visit to the 40s.
Monday will be a little warmer with low 50s to start and afternoon highs in the middle to upper 70s with mostly sunny skies.
Tuesday brings in even more warmth with morning lows in the upper 50s and afternoon highs around 80 degrees. We’ll also have a 20% chance for rain.
Wednesday could be another very warm day, but some models are bringing those afternoon temperatures down a handful of degrees. We’ll settle on morning lows in the low 60s and afternoon highs in the middle 70s with the potential of a front moving through the area. Rain chances will still be at 20%. We’ll keep hammering out the details over the next few days.
Thursday will likely be warm in the morning with lows in the upper 50s. Afternoon highs will be fairly seasonable with most topping out in the low 70s. We’ll also have a 40% chance for showers.
Friday is quite a toss-up with models varying widely. We currently expect a fairly seasonable day with morning lows in the middle 50s, afternoon highs in the low 70s, and a 30% chance for some showers. This could change drastic in the future. If it does, it will most likely be much colder.
