DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The last of the few, light showers across the Wiregrass will wrap up around 7 this evening. Temperatures will drop to the upper 50s overnight.

Saturday starts off on the cool side and stays cool for late Spring standards with highs only peaking in the upper 70s despite plenty of sunshine.

Sunday will be even cooler to start with morning lows in the middle 50s. We’ll get some sunshine to start the day, but clouds and eventually a 20-30% chance for rain will move in during the afternoon and evening hours. Highs top out in the low to possibly middle 80s.

Monday and Tuesday will bring us back to the low 60s in the mornings and middle 80s in the afternoons with mostly sunny skies.

Wednesday reintroduces a 10% chance for a couple of showers. Temperatures will peak in the middle 80s again.

Thursday and Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy with a morning start in the middle to upper 60s and afternoon highs closer to 90 degrees. We’ll also have a 20% chance for rain both days.

Next weekend looks dry and seasonably warm with highs topping out in the low 90s.
