DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Today will be beautiful across the board with lots of sunshine! We’ll make it up to just shy of 60 degrees in most locations for highs.

We’ll kick off Saturday cool once again in the upper 30s and low 40s and end up in the middle to upper 50s by the afternoon. Cloud cover will increase throughout the day, and by the evening, we’ll likely see a few showers as a shortwave zips through the region.

Sunday will feature a return to dry weather and mainly sunny skies. Expect to start the day chillier in the mid 30s and top out in the mid 50s.

Monday will again begin chilly in the mid 30s before we climb into the mid 50s. A mix of sun and clouds will fill the skies.

Another shortwave will pass through the region on Tuesday and bring us a 40% chance for showers. Highs will peak in the mid 50s once more.

An isolated shower may stick around early on Wednesday, but we’ll be dry after that as we go through the rest of the day. We’ll ascend to the mid and upper 50s from the low 40s.

Thursday will have an isolated chance for a shower as well, but it will be later in the day as our next system pushes closer. Highs will be in the mid and upper 50s once again.
