DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Temperatures will drop to the 40s tonight, and some fog will be possible because of the rain earlier today.

Wednesday will be sweet relief as we wake up dry and stay dry all day long. We’ll be partly sunny and cooler than previous days with highs likely staying in the upper 60s.

Thursday will be cool at the start with middle and upper 40s. High temperatures should peak in the middle 70s with mostly sunny skies.

Friday will also be nice with morning lows in the middle 50s, afternoon highs in the low to middle 80s, and partly to mostly sunny skies. We’ll also be a bit on the breezy side.

Saturday brings us a new cold front. It should be fairly weak in nature, but expect a 60% chance for showers and storms. Severe weather can’t be ruled out at this time. Morning lows start in the middle 60s and afternoon high peak in the low 80s.

Sunday will start around 60 degrees and climb up to the middle 70s. A stray shower might still be present.

Monday and Tuesday both start off around 60, climb to the 80s, and have a 20% chance for rain.
