DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Today will feature another round of nice weather with wall-to-wall sunshine! After starting off the morning very cold and frosty in spots, we can expect to only rise into the low and maybe mid 60s during the afternoon hours.

Tonight will be clear and frigid once again as low temperatures drop back into the mid 30s. Frost will likely develop across much of the region again, so make sure to bring in any pets or plants you may have outdoors before you head off to bed so that they’re protected from the cold!

The mid 30s are where we’ll begin Thursday. From there, we’ll climb into the mid 60s under sunny skies.

A return to the low 70s for highs is anticipated on Friday after we wake up to slightly “milder” temperatures in the low 40s. Sunshine will dominate once again.

Saturday will be even warmer as most locations climb into the upper 70s. Sunshine and a few high clouds will fill the skies.

Sunday and Monday will also be mostly sunny. We’ll ascend to the low 80s both afternoons from the upper 40s and low 50s.

Tuesday will have a 20% chance for a few showers as moisture starts to pick back up ahead of our next front. Highs will reach the low and mid 80s.
