DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — We’ve got another cool night ahead of us as temperatures drop to the middle and upper 50s across much of the Wiregrass. Winds will be out of the north tonight through Friday.
Thursday kicks things up a notch in the wind department with gusts of 20-30 mph or higher possible throughout the day. High temperatures will likely stay in the upper 70s under partly sunny skies. With the windy and very dry conditions in play, it’s a good idea to not burn anything Thursday or Friday.
Friday keeps us cool, cloudy, and windy, and could bring an isolated shower during the evening hours east of the Chattahoochee River.
Saturday still has a chance for an isolated, light shower early in the day. Morning lows in the upper 50s will still only turn into afternoon highs in the low 80s.
Sunday will be very similar to Saturday, but winds will start dying down and high temperatures under partly to mostly sunny skies.
Monday – Wednesday will be very nice with highs in the low to middle 80s and mainly sunny skies. Mornings will start in the upper 50s.
