DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — We’ve got another mild night ahead of us as temperatures park themselves in the upper 50s with clear skies and an easterly wind.
Saturday will be perfect for any outdoor activities! whether you’re trying to do a little yard work, play some basketball, or take a walk at the park (such as those at Kiwanis Park at 9 AM for the Dothan Great Strides event). Temperatures will be in the low and middle 80s much of the afternoon and evening.
Sunday will be even warmer as we start the day in the low 60s and highs top out above 85 degrees.
Monday should be the warmest day of the next week with temperatures easily in the middle 80s and many peaking in the upper 80s with a few low 90s across the Southeast. An isolated shower is possible in the Tri-State area before the next cold front moves in.
Tuesday ushers in the aforementioned cold front. Looks like the 30% chance for rain ahead of the front will arrive during the afternoon hours, so that should keep our temperatures a few degrees cooler than Monday.
Wednesday and Thursday will both start off in the middle 50s and still top out in the low 80s. Mainly sunny skies will resume.
Friday takes us back to the middle 80s with mostly sunny skies all over again.
