DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Showers will taper off as we dive deeper into the overnight hours. Temperatures will remain in the middle 70s.
Wednesday will likely bring some more showers and maybe a few storms to the Wiregrass. Highs will only make it to the middle and upper 80s.
Thursday keeps rain chances high despite the area of low pressure moving even farther inland and NE of our area. With an 80% chance for showers and storms, you can bet that we will be mostly cloudy with highs only in the middle 80s.
Friday has a chance to be a little drier than the preceding days, but we won’t drop the rain chance much at this point. Highs will be in the middle 80s with a 70% chance for showers and storms.
This weekend should be drier with a little more sunshine! Rain chances will hover around 50% for now. Highs will be a little closer to 90 degrees.
There is still some uncertainty about the start of next week. For now, it looks like the rain chances will stay above 50% while the afternoon temperatures stay well below average.
