DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Showers are tapering off this evening, and most of the overnight hours should be dry. Temperatures will only drop to the middle and upper 60s. Some fog will be possible.

Tuesday will be similar to today with scattered showers and storms. Severe weather is not likely, but flooding will be possible if very heavy rain falls on the same areas that received multiple inches of rain earlier today. Temperatures will be cool for this time of year with highs only peaking in the middle 70s.

Wednesday will be drier, but there is still a 20% chance for light showers. We’ll start in the low 60s and only end up in the middle to potentially upper 70s as a back door cold front slides across the area.

Thursday and Friday will be quite nice with morning lows around 60 degrees and afternoon highs in the low-to-mid-80s and mostly sunny skies.

Saturday keeps the dry weather around and keeps our temperatures slightly below average with morning lows in the low 60s and highs in the middle 80s.

Sunday and Monday start in the middle 60s and climb up to the low and middle 80s with partly sunny skies and a 10% chance for rain.
