DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be dry with fog across the area and temperatures in the middle to upper 50s.

Saturday has a 20-30% chance for a few light showers during the day. The heaviest and more consistent/widespread rain will hold off until the overnight hours. Temperatures will stay in the low to middle 60s much of the afternoon under cloudy skies. The day’s high temperature might actually come just before midnight with some folks ending up in the upper 60s.

Sunday will start off with some lingering showers, but we should all be dry starting around the mid-morning hours. Temperatures will climb back to roughly the 70 degree mark as clouds move out of the area.

Monday should be bright and sunny with seasonable temperatures from start to finish. We’ll start in the upper 40s and peak in the upper 60s.

Tuesday keeps the sunny skies around with morning lows in the low 50s and afternoon highs in the low 70s.

Wednesday will be another very warm one with highs in the middle 70s. Rain is likely with a line of showers and storms expected to move in during the evening hours. Some of these storms could be strong to severe.

Thursday clears out the rain, but the clouds might not go away entirely. Temperatures will start around 50 degrees and end up in the middle 60s.

Friday is a bit of a toss-up for now, but there is the possibility of a few showers with highs topping out in the middle to upper 60s.
