DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Scattered afternoon showers and storms can be expected once again today. We’ll top out in the low 90s prior to the arrival of rain and storms, some of which could provide a nice cooldown once they come over your area.
Tomorrow will be a carbon copy of today with a dry AM followed by another chance for showers and storms during the PM hours. The coverage of them won’t be quite as high as today, so rain chances will drop off a bit to 30%. We’ll make it up to the low 90s once again for highs after starting the morning in the mid 70s.
The weekend will be a bit drier, with both Saturday and Sunday featuring only a 20% chance for a shower. Highs will creep up a few degrees into the mid 90s.
Rain chances will go back up into the 30-40% range for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of next week. Highs will drop back to the low 90s with more showers and storms expected compared to the weekend. Lows will remain in the mid 70s.
