DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A few showers and storms will be possible this evening, but most folks will stay dry. Temperatures will stay in the upper 70s overnight.

Saturday starts off warm and takes us into the middle 90s before showers and storms start popping up. Not everyone will see the rain, but we’ll give it a 50% chance during the late afternoon and evening hours.

Sunday will have widespread showers and storms. Rain chances will be around 90%, and rainfall totals could be around an inch in some places. Temperatures will only peak in the middle and upper 80s.

Monday also has a high chance for rain with temperatures only making it to the middle and upper 80s.

Tuesday’s rain chance is around 50% with temperatures still expected to start in the middle to upper 70s and peak in the upper 80s.

Wednesday will likely be our driest day of the week. Temperatures will be in the low 90s.

Thursday has a 60% chance for showers and storms. Morning lows will still be in the middle 70s while afternoon highs stay below our seasonal norms.

Friday’s rain chance drops to 40%, but the temperatures won’t be much different than the preceding days.
