DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be significantly warmer than the last couple nights as lows drop into the upper 50s instead of the 40s.

We’ll surpass the 80 degree mark on Thursday with another round of mostly sunny skies.

Friday and Saturday will both start in the upper 50s and end up in the middle 80s as sunny skies stick around to close out the work week and ring in the weekend.

We’ve taken out that chance for an isolated shower on Sunday. The day will start off in the low 60s, and then we’ll take another trip to the middle 80s.

A weak cold front will be moving across the Southeast on Monday and Tuesday, but impacts to our weather will likely be limited. We’ll be very warm on Monday as we rise from the low 60s in the morning to the middle and upper 80s during the afternoon. Tuesday won’t cool down much because the front likely won’t arrive until the second half of the day. Highs are still expected to at least be in the low 80s.

Wednesday morning will drop down to the upper 50s, but we’ll climb right back to the low 80s despite being behind the cold front.
