DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be warm with lows only dropping into the middle and upper 50s yet again. Some areas of dense fog are possible, so be careful on the roadways.
Saturday will be extremely warm with highs close to or above 80 degrees. An couples isolated showers are possible. I expect whatever rain we get to be fairly short-lived much like today.
Sunday, like Saturday, will be warm and humid for this time of year as temperatures likely top out in the low 80s again. A few showers are possible, but it shouldn’t be a washout.
Monday will also be warm, and showers will be a little more likely at 50%. Temperatures should remain in the middle 70s as light to moderate showers move across the Tri-State.
Tuesday has a 40% chance of showers. Because of the rain and clouds, expect high temperatures to be knocked back into the middle 60s.
Wednesday will have yet another low chance for showers, and temperatures will be in the middle and upper 60s. A low rain chance of 20% is still possible, but more sunshine is expected than what we’ll get Tuesday.
Thursday should be much like Wednesday with seasonable highs around 70 and a 20% chance for showers.
Friday or Saturday should introduce our next round of scattered showers and storms. Highs will be in the low 70s on Friday.
