DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Today will be beautiful across the board with wall-to-wall sunshine! After beginning the morning on the chilly side, we’ll climb into the low 80s.

Saturday will feature another cool start near the 50-degree mark. From there, we’ll rise into the mid 80s during the afternoon hours as sunny skies prevail once again.

Expect Sunday to be even warmer as temperatures soar into the upper 80s with sunshine and a few clouds filling the skies.

Monday sees the return of a 20% chance for a couple showers to the forecast as our next front quickly sweeps through the region. Highs will drop back to the low 80s.

Behind this front, we can expect our most substantial shot of cool air so far this fall to push in, which will affect our temperatures greatly starting on Tuesday. We’ll kick off the morning in the low 50s and only make it up to the mid and maybe upper 60s as partly cloudy skies prevail.

We’ll wake up on Wednesday to even cooler temperatures in the low 40s. Highs only in the mid and upper 60s can be anticipated once again, but we’ll see much more sunshine compared to Tuesday.

Thursday will also start off cold with temperatures in the low 40s (a few upper 30s are possible!). From there, we’ll ascend back to the 70s for highs under sunny skies.
