DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Light to moderate rain will be possible for folks tonight, with Houston Co. and Early Co. being the most likely places to receive rain. No flooding and no severe weather is expected in our counties. Any severe weather or flooding should stay along the FL Panhandle or along the FL/GA border.
Thursday will be another cool day, but we’ll be about 5 degrees warmer than today and make it to the middle 80s. Mostly cloudy skies are expected, and a few showers will be possible as a cold front passes across the Tri-State.
Friday will start off cool for this time of year with low and middle 60s expected. Because we’ll be on the backside of the cold front, we’ll be dry and mostly sunny. Temperatures will once again only move into the middle 80s.
Saturday and Sunday both have a 20% chance for rain. Temperatures will start in the 60s both mornings and make it to our seasonable upper 80s during the afternoon hours.
Monday should be back to 90 degrees with partly sunny skies and a 20% chance for rain.
Tuesday has a very low-end chance for rain with seasonable temperatures.
Wednesday will likely be even drier than the previous 2 days with mostly sunny skies and seasonable conditions.
