DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — More patchy, dense fog will be possible tonight and early tomorrow morning. Temperatures will only drop into the low 50s!

Saturday would be a picture perfect late Spring day… if we were in May! But alas, it is another above average early Winter day instead. Morning clouds and fog will give way to mostly sunny skies later in the day. Afternoon temperatures will be in the middle 70s.

Sunday will also be on the warm side with lows in the low 50s and highs in the middle 70s.

Monday starts off in the middle 50s and ends up once again in the middle 70s! The cold front that was previously expected to roll through is now expected to stall north of us, so rain chances have been slashed in half. We’ll leave a 20% chance for a few evening showers.

Tuesday’s slight cool down is becoming more and more unlikely. Rain chances are at 30% for now, but that may change based on the stationary boundary’s position.

Wednesday starts off near 60 degrees. That’s right, 60 degrees! With a 50% chance for scattered showers and high temperatures in the low to middle 70s, you’ll be left wondering where Winter even is at this point.

Thursday keeps those medium rain chances and very warm temperatures in the forecast. Morning lows will likely be in the upper 50s, and highs will be in the middle 70s.

Friday is when the rain should start moving out of our area. We’ll leave a 20% chance for lingering showers for now. Expect similar temperatures as previous days.
