DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — Tonight will be relatively “cool” compared to the rest of the the overnight temps this week. Expect to be right around 60s degrees with mostly cloudy skies. Most of the morning lows for the rest of the week will be in the upper 60s.
Saturday should be dry with highs in the low 80s now that the rain isn’t expected to cool us off. It will be a perfect day to spend outside at Landmark Park for the “Touch-A-Truck” event or teeing off with some friends.
Sunday will be mostly dry, but an shower or two is possible. The better chance for showers comes Sunday night into Monday. Showers and storms will be possible, and one might be on the strong side with some gusty winds.
Monday will easily be in the 80s and have a 50% chance for rain.
Tuesday is when things really start to heat up as highs jump into the upper 80s. We’ll keep those low rain chances at 20% for now.
Wednesday looks like a better chance for showers and maybe a few storms. Temperatures will be in the low and middle 80s with the rain chance at 50%.
Thursday keeps that rain chance fairly low at 30% and the highs in the low 80s.
If the cold front successfully passes through Thursday night, then Friday will be a nearly perfect way to start off the weekend! We could see lows in the 50s and highs in the middle 70s with mostly sunny skies.
Finally, for those heading to the beach, here’s the latest on that PCB forecast!
